This was my first time dining at a Bob Evans, I would reckon this is just like a friendly's restaurant on the East Coast. The service was above average, though when we asked not to be seated by the front door, we were seated by the back door. I think they may be understaffed as there were several tables that weren't cleaned. Turkey sandwich was good, though. I would pass on the chicken soup in the future.
