Server was excellent but wait time for food was very slow hr wait on our food was very disappointing
Always can count on the food being good.
Pickup Order included 2 hot caramel mocha, but the items were both iced. When I stated these were supposed to be hot, not iced, a worker named Olivia stated "we no longer make hot caramel mocha, only iced". Those were her words, no misunderstanding on what she said. When I returned the coffees for a refund she then made hot and confessed she "mis-read" the ticket. That is a completely different thing than the company no longer offering the coffe as a hot option.
