I went to this restaurant on colerain ave for dinner.I ordered a cheeseburger fries and a salad.I asked Maria the waitress if she could take the spinach out. She said it was a mix of spinach and iceberg lettuce she said she couldn't do it. When I got my salad it had all spinach in it. I'll never eat dinner there again.Maria should be fired she is one lazy waitress she never came back and asked if everything was alright

Wonderful service and friendliness at this Bob Evans location. Karina is the BEST! We know if she waits on us that our experience will be outstanding.
The place has the slows. Took forever to get the meal even though there were hard;y anyone there. The entree was over cooked and as a result I ended up in Urgent Care for extreme nausia. The waitress brough the sald with the entree which I have never experienced before. The salad was awful as was the dressing. After a few bites I wouldn't eat anymore. Got a door dash delivery from here tonight. Food was awful never had been so dispointed with getting from here before but alot of money spent for crap! Won't happen anymore!!!
