I had the opportunity to stop at the Hanley Road Bob Evans. The service was excellent, food was delicious and I had a delightful dining experience. Can't remember all the staff that waited on me, however a lovely blond lady Kristin? I believe, came over and ask if everything was to my satisfaction. Thank you for a positive experience.
DUE to health issues I've ordered daily for past couple weeks unable to prepare food, etc. 22.97 for a dinner I didn't get! And the personnel at this location on Hanley road in Mansfield refused to make it right, even admitting it was on the fault of their employees, MICA. I CALLED several times trying to get help without success and only to be threatened by manager, CHRISTINE AND HUNG UP ON BY RUDE OBNOXIOUS EMPLOYEES! I EXPECT TO BE REFUNDED!
