I was very disappointed with my experience here. I ordered the chicken and steak dinner. My steak was cold but everything else was hot and delicious. My server who was awesome her name was Brittney, I asked her to speak to the manager. Once the manager came over I made her aware of the situation. She offered to take the steak off the bill. I said well I really wanted it and the look she gave me made me change my mind. So I said ok you can just take it off. She wasn’t very professional at all. I was very disappointed..
This place was a very good Bob Evans. Some of them are not so good.But this place was excellent!!!
Truck driver doing a reset at the Pilot across from Bob Evens. Ordered the dinner for two online and walked over to pick it up. The two employees in encountered (a young gentleman and an older lady, I should have gottne their names) were very polite. One of my sides was missing from my order so I had to walk back to get it and the same two people greeted me and got the item for me very quickly and apologized for the inconvenience.
