Our service from Paula was excellent. We went on a Friday morning to eat and were seated right in front. We watched her do pretty much everything while the numerous other people were just standing there doing virtually nothing. A few key things I noticed: 1.) Ashley would go MIA for long periods of time. 2.) there was a problem with the register and Paula (while waiting on three tables) called Gretchen to come help fix it and she yells from the kitchen “WHAT DO THEY WANT I’M COOKING!!” The other party obviously heard. 3.) so... read more
Service was extremely slow and it took over 40 mins to get any food and we ordered 1/2 sandwich and soup & breakfast eggs bacon sausage gravy & biscuits when it came it was cold, eggs undercooked, sausage gravy cold with globs of uncooked gravy. Truly awful meal Shouldn't have had to pay for it.
