Food is always good and the price is right. Always clean and staff is very courteous and accomadating

They can get really busy at times and forget things, but their General Manager, James, is awesome, and always makes things right. Last night items were left out of my carry-out order, but when I went in today and told them what happened, James was so nice to me and handled the situation very professionally. He not only replaced the items, he gave me way more than I originally ordered and told me to have a great day. Excellent management- this guy knows how to make customers happy!
I've been to several Bob Evans and have loved them all. This one was busy (but if you want to see busy go to Daytona in Feb) anyways the server was extremely slow and rolled eyes when you tried to tell her something before she was ready. Waited a while before she returned to table for coffee refill and check. Anyways food was great but service was terrible.
HORRIBLE! Its pretty bad when you have a party of 5 and every one orders something different but every one gets like foods poisoning sick including my 2 year old that only had pancakes and couldn't even make it to the toilet and pooped on the floor horrible service horrible food overall disgusted by this place never returning ���
