The only reason I’m giving a 3 and not a 1 is because our server Stephon was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food, however was very underwhelming. The potatoes were instant, green beans were frozen, macaroni and cheese was bland and watery. We stopped on our way home on a 5 hour drive. We were all (a group of six) very disappointed. Half-Sandwich & soup always good for lunch, ... breakfast food tempting! :P
Our waitress was rude, didn't pay any attention to our empty coffee cups or our food sitting in the window getting cold. There was another waitress by the name of Lorna Eden who did take care of us though. Our waitress's name was Brenda. If the service was better and we had gotten our food when it was hot, I would have given more stars.
Nothing Is homeade... from my country fried steak to powdered mashed potatoes to the packaged gravy. Hubands hamburger was even a frozen prepackaged burger. My steak and his fries left such a bad after taste as if they are using bad oil. Yuck!
