They utilize DoorDash who will not deliver your food. When you call for a solution after waiting over an hour, there isn't one. They will not display good customer service by remaking your food and delivering it, they just let you be out your meal. Very disappointing and terrible customer service.
RecommendedWonderful service and food
RecommendedFood was cooked perfect (and I’m very picky about eggs). Meal came quickly, waitress checked & brought coffee frequently. Everyone very nice, plenty of seating, got a choice of booths.
I just left Bob Evans Lavale MD... was seated,given menu and then nothing for almost 25 minutes. I did not need the menu as I new what I was going to order. I understand under staffing and extended wait times etc.. I was not even offered a glass of water. After being seated I was Never spoken to not even as I got up and was exiting. There were about 8 tables of customers, so in my opinion not overly busy.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We got seated by a lady who looked mad. We sat while the waitresses waited on everyone around us got served. It’s like we were in a no service area or something. No one ever came to our table and introduced themselves as our waitress. We never got the chance to place even a drink order. We got sick of waiting and left to go to Cracker Barrel.
Very inconsistent on servings sizes. We got chicken salad fruit plates tonight and they were barely 3 tablespoons of chicken salad, a handful of grapes and a few strawberries and that’s it

RecommendedFood was very good. We went for breakfast. This was our first time to breakfast and we were all very much impressed. Waitress was very nice and food was hot and fresh. Best gravy ever.
