Picture in comments. Asked to have the barely cooked bacon cooked a little bit more. That is what came back to the table. This was my first visit to a Bob Evans and perhaps my last.
10 minutes to order after we were seated, 45 minutes later and still no food (burgers!), but the people who came in 20 minutes after us just got their meals in about 15 minutes. So disappointed in the service. Won't be returning.
Love to eat at Bob Evans..All are generally good👍🏼 Collinsville or in Fairview Heights are my usual haunts, but when I travel.. I always look for the Bob Evans Sign😃

My son and I just left there and I wanted to take a few minutes to tell you how enjoyable our visit was.. our waitresses name was Lisa and she did an outstanding job.. very tentive and very friendly.. she apologized for it taking so long when we didn't even realize the amount of time we waited for our good.. the food was fantastic but I think Lisa made it that much more enjoyable!!! She deserves a pat on the back

Fast service and delicious food. We will diffently be going back soon.
We had a most enjoyable dinner. Our server Mary, was very good and a lot of fun. She had us laughing the whole time we were there.
