Had a serious craving for Bob Evans breakfast all day. We are regular patrons of this location and have always had great service and food. Tonight we were less than impressed with the food. It came out cold after we waited a long time for it. They took it back and reheated/recooked it. The Manager and Selena took care of us and even made everything right in the end. Service, food, and dining experience was better before the renovation. And PLEASE go back to the brand of coffee you used to have. The fancy arabica bean coffee is nasty. We used to eat here frequently, sometimes just for the coffee. Each time now the food is worse. Used to love eating at Bob Evans. Not anymore.
People were rude and service terrible even tho they knew they were expecting two bus loads of people! They were called 3 times before we arrived but pretended that they did not know we were coming. Bus drivers were last to get their food which was cold!! Glad we had better experience with Bob Evans in Branson!!
The best place I ever ate at in the Midwest!!!
The food is always tasty. When i don't cook and want home style food, thisis my go to place.
