Food was petty good, but our server couldn’t remember who had what.
Very nice dinner and our server was great. be back
Always good service and always high-quality tasty food no matter how busy they are.
I was so disappointed last night. 45 minutes to get our dinner. The waitress never came around to refresh our drinks. I waited 15 minutes on coffee creamer and by then , needed hot coffee to put it in. The only thing we got fast was our check!
Sorry to say I was disappointed this time. Our waitress was very nice and she did well But I was disappointed with the portions of my meal and some of the food was cold. This has happened the last several times I've been there and am starting to get concerned that this is leading toward a bad trend. Thank you for letting me vent a little.
To call on an Easter Sunday and ask for a table for nine and be accommodated was a plus to begin with. The restaurant was busy. Our server was taking care of many tables and she was delightful even after having taken care of disgruntled couple at a table near by. The food was good....Consistent with how we like our food when going to any Bob Evan's :)
Their food is very consistent. Had grilled chicken, and it was very flavorful. The baked goods that they have (yeast rolls, biscuits, and seasonal breads) are all very good. Actually do taste like home made.
The restaurant in Summersville West Virginia serves smaller portion sizes than the other stores in the Bob Evans chain. The family size was not enough to feed even 4 adults. The sides (we ordered two) was not large enough. Only barely one cup. We were embarassed to serve such small prtions to our two guests, and had to prepare extra food. The food was ice cold as if it was leftovers pulled out of the fridge. We had to warm it up. Definitely not a good value for the money. Next time we will go to KFC.
To the morning manager at this Bob Evans,did you really have to yell at my grandson and I for parking in the back of the restaurant to try to go to the grand opening of Aldis?Pouring down rain and he made us and another park elsewhere.Great way to support a new business in our town.
