Ordered from DoorDash and the biscuits were like bricks and some of the food was missing.
Our online order never was delivered by DoorDash. Bob Evans did not have delivery guys name nor contact info for and refused to contact deliver guy/company to see what the problem was. Expected us to track him down and contact ourselves thru the DoorDash app or google Doordash conatct info. How does a restaurant partner with a delivery service but not have any contact info or a way to confirm where their food is and make sure it is delivered??? . We typically order on Sunday’s food is normally good today the food was horrible it took 1 hour to arrive I called the delivery driver she tells me she was still in the restaurant waiting for someone else’s delivery. By the time I received my food it was all cold the coffee spilled all over my pancakes. Horrible experience.

RecommendedWe've always been fans and friends of the S. High Bob Evans, but today they went above and beyond. We ordered a family meal for pickup, but due to a website issue our order wasn't properly transmitted. We didn't see the email before we'd already left to pick up our order, but with only a few extra minutes wait they were able to get our order packed up and included extra items for our inconvenience.
