On Saturday May 16th we placed and order for pickup. Our bill was over $60 and the food was almost inedible. The steaks were completely over cooked, and the dressing that came with the turkey dinner was rock hard like it had been sitting all day. We have never had such a horrible meal from this location. It is very disappointing. I will be hesitant to order from here in the future.

Ordered takeout and received under cooked bacon, turkey sausage,burnt eggs and burnt small home fries. My pancakes were suppose to be blueberry and they just threw blueberries on top on regular pancakes. I am very disappointed and will not be re ordering here for takeout again.
On Mother's Day, I ordered via Doordash. My order arrived and was completely NOT what I ordered. I had to call the store 5 times to speak with the Manager, Bethany. Bethany got short with me on the phone and proceeded to talk down to me and then act dismissive towards me. I drove to the store to pickup my food. I tried to order the Mother's Day dinner. I couldn't find where to order an extra salad and rolls. So I called the store. I was told I can only place a delivery order online. I explained I couldn't find where to order extra items. I was told to order salad under the "sides" link. I explained that there's no option for this. Apparently this Bob Evans is clueless on customer service or they just don't care.
The green beans- obviously a separate side order- were put in with the chicken. The person with the chicken can’t eat ham- so the food was contaminated. And the person who wanted green beans didn’t get them as the chicken dinner was dropped off at a different location. So the chicken and green beans were paid for but not eaten. Received lots of fake butter, but no rolls to put them on. If you are going to staple the bags shut you need to triple check the order is correct.
