Bad customer service from the management. Cold food, long wait times for cold food. Do better
RecommendedMy husband. my 2yr old son and myself were enjoying breakfast this morning. Our server Megan was fantastic while my son was throwing a fit, helping my bring him a biscuit while we waited for our food to come. We (and I'm sure others) we're very thankful for that. But, I am even more so thankful for a young girl named Amanda (i think she is a hostess). My husband started choking on his food, & couldn't breathe. I began panicking! Good food and great service
We were driving from downtown Howell after taking the granddaughters to the Legend of Sleepy Howell event. it was approaching 7 PM and had not yet fed the girls dinner. Every other restaurant heading Grand River had full parking lots as a result of everything going on in the area. However, Bob Evan's was not packed at all. Friendly service and wonderful Sunday Breakfast today. Our waitress Lexi was friendly and helpful. Didn't have to ask for more coffee, cream etc. She was spot on and friendly. I had the original breakfast. Everything was was cooked well. Fluffy scrambled eggs and melt in your mouth pancakes. We had an enjoyable Sunday morning.
My meal was completely dried out and looked very unappetizing. I sent it back, but the manager never even came out to apologize. We used to be frequent customers, but now we probably will not return.
