The service was...ok...but the food was even worse. I had so much hope :( Maybe next time it will be better.
Our food was Amazing. My daughter said she didn't want to go there and when we did she said it was amazing
the food was good. the service slow. the waitress bad sense of humor. the wise cracks from her totally unprofessional.
The rolls were stale and so were my biscuits. I took 2 bites and when the waitress seen I wasn't eating it she took my plate and didn't say a word. I won't be going back.
We had dinner this evening and had a great experience. We had stopped going to this Bob Evans for the past two years because service was so horrible, but I'm glad we gave it a try again. I was hoping the management had changed and it has. Sam, our waiter, did everything right and the food was delicious. I'm so glad to have the old Bob Evans back where I can get served again. They used to ignore customers. You'd be seated and never see your waiter or waitress again.
The cook Terrain Casey is a great cook!! loved the server also
Customer service was terrible, food was cold. Only thing that was hot was coffee, our server left us high and dry with no word from her. Guess she was gone 45 mins, no refills on coffee. The clincher was they heated up cold food in microwave!! I'll NVR go back!!
This was our first visit to a Bob Evans , while the food was great the service was poor. Our waitress wasn't rude but i never recieved a portion of my meal, our drinks sat empty for 20 mins and noone ever even asked if we we're doing ok. After sitting in front of our empty plates for 20 mins we finally decided to get up and get our own check. Service sometimes is slow. Food is ok, breakfast is my favorite. Coffee is very good, and they keep it coming. All in all its clean and comfortable.
