Food was good and the service was also good. Our waitress was attentive and helpful.
Food was great , service was good ,it was hot ,and enjoy it was Bruce and it was special day and top he gave me flowers
Drinks over priced. Coffee tasted burnt as well as the potatoes tasted burnt. Just a bad experience. Server was great just poor food.
The food was good and came quickly but customer service could really use some help. We waited in front for several minutes, made eye contact with several employees but never got a simple "hi" or "someone will be right with you". Our waitress was nice but needed to check back more often. We more than likely won't go back.
When we walked in no one seated us for a long time and some of the workers were stranded around talking among themselves. Then we get a seat and it took a long time to get drinks then even longer to get a spoon for coffee finally we have our order taken and it was wrong when we received it. Oh well. Now we wait for the check. No one ever came by to refill our coffee so I guess we pay for 1 cup at a time. I felt the food was good but the rest of the experience was lacking a lot. Not sure we will return to thi location.
We usually go on a regular basis as our date night well tonight was a horrible experience, we tried to use the 30% off coupon and the main manager had an issue with it not taking the whole percentage off, when I told her it was incorrect she told me pretty much oh well the system does it. That's not good customer service. She then continued to argue with me about how the system was doing it not her. Which wasn't even the point. The point was that it was incorrect by several dollars. We have received great service here. Great waitress, fresh food, tastee, will be back soon.
Don't ever get the veggie omelet. They don't even grill the veggies. Totally raw veggies. Won't get that again.
