It was nice meeting Mr. Andrew Nie, the young lady Kathrine was very professional and very helpful whenever I called with my many questions. The other gentleman was helpful also when I drove off with my car and had to come back because I saw something loose. He had no problem coming out to my car and snapping the piece back in place. Good experience.

There's also a clinking sound in my steering wheel. When I took my truck back with the complaint, you guys told me that it wasn't accident related like I'm stupid. I'm so disappointed. 0.5 Star : Returned Clean
