I was in my rental for almost a month. The insurance company is paying $16,000 and there was damage done to the rear bumper and the gentleman who walked me to my car told me that "all cars have gaps in their bumpers". I wasn't satisfied and a panel was hanging in the front. I dropped my vehicle off at Chesapeake Collision to have the work redone. Please do not ... read more
