0 Star : My Experience My vehicle was damaged from a tow job by Baltimore City which had the right side axel broken along with some bumper damage. I received a call two weeks after my vehicle been their that there was no front end damage to my car and that it was about to get bumper work done. I had to tell the mechanic what the issue was and why it was towed there which should have been something GEICO explained to this body shop since it was preferred on my claim.
