0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality Your estimate of time (15days)and cost (3X over) were so inaccurate, I feel like it was a scam to make more money for Enterprise. Just know I won’t ever be returning for anything for my car. I also know the window was not replace with the same motor sent the automatic up feature no longer functions. 1 Star : Customer Service Kathryn lied about the completion of the work several times. Or she just covered for the technicians laziness.
