Jon Mendolia has proven to be very personable, helpful and thorough during both my repair events. 5 Star : Customer Service Everything went well. Jon is eager to please a customer and to provide details of the repair and costs.
4 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality They did a nice job, the paint job looks great. There was a ding on one of the panels they worked on that wasn't fixed but that's fine. I don't like how my window tint was all scuffed up from reinstalling it. That was a fairly new tint job on the rear window and it now has a scuff all the way down it. The triangle side windows too. Tint isn't cheap and mine was fine and now scuffed. 5 Star : Customer Service Customer service was great 5 Star : Returned Clean
5 Star : My Experience People at Mooresville Ford body shop are first class! Tim was very helpful. I hope the owner Jeff Shue knows how well they do there jobs. If I need any work done, these guys are the one!
