But the repair process took 5+ months and there were multiple problems…no one checked my car while it sat on the lot to see if it would start (this caused multiple delays as the car was towed twice to the Jeep dealer), missed parts orders, parts dept unable to find parts (I personally bought the last part needed and delivered it to the shop). 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I am sorry, but this was unpleasant. 1 Star : Repair Quality The repair was incomplete, as the front passenger wheel was still slightly bent. It was bent enough that it caused vibration -- which the tech at BD Ford was unable to feel. This was the second time I had to come back due to incomplete/faulty repairs. I also called a few days later to say that a nail got embedded in one of my tires when it was in the shop and was told it wasn’t your fault since the tire pressure light wasn’t on before it left so it must have happened afterwards so I have to get it repaired on my own. .
