1 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality 3 Star : Customer Service Contact was brief. I only spoke to them 3 times. I called them on 8/23 to see if the truck was done, it wasn't. Then I called again on the morning of the 28th to tell them we were coming to get the truck whether it was finished or not. And last time about 3:30 pm on the 28th, they called to say it was ready.
