4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend If it wasn't for the scratches I will give it a 10. The lady did offer for me to come back to have them fix at no additional charge but I had to get back to work 5 Star : Repair Quality I had a fantastic service experience but I do have to say when I received my vehicle back it had a few small scratches on the rear bumper that I've never seen before. After not hearing from anyone after 2 weeks I called and miraculously was told my car was ready and that it needed to be washed. The quality of the work was good. 3.5 Star : Customer Service There seemed to be a discrepancy about the payment and my rep said he would call me back in 5 minutes. He never called me back.
