Take a look at the positive (5 star) reviews below. Most were all written on the same day and written by people that had exactly four posts. If you follow their additional posts, they make very negative comments about the competition (same order, same other dealers every time). Gee, let's see...who could be behind this? Makes a pretty strong statement, huh? Google should take a look at these reviews. It shows they have 4 stars overall-which is NOT the case if you average the REAL reviews. I called this dealership on a Wednesday morning and got transferred to the sales dept looking to speak to someone about a car listed on their website. I got the voicemail, and left a message thinking that someone would return my call asap since I said I was interested in buying a car. No call back that day. I called again on Thursday and it look 5 calls throughout the day to actually be connected to someone in sales. Terrible car buying experience. I started negotiations to see what they would offer on my trade in. The salesman was insistent on running my credit prior to this, which I didn't want the credit inquiry unless they came back with a reasonable trade in offer. The salesman became irate at this proposal and stated that he was in charge and would do things his way! As I started to walk off, he shouted at me in the lobby to sit down.
