If I could leave 0 stars I would. -10 star review. During my consultation call Dr. Cowan told me the price of the visit would be $350. I brought in a check for $350, by the time I left I owed him $1000. I told him I could pay $1000 and that he told me $350 and that’s what I had. Long story short, he ended up serving me with papers and I had to go to court. I ended up paying $1200 to avoid a judgement being placed against me because I was buying a house. Dr. Bob Cowan is all about the money. My intake appointment for medication management went over one hour so my FIRST bill was $625! My second bill was $140 and he prescribed a medication that severely interacts with a medication I am already taking. Dr. Cowan is also very old school. He doesn't text, email, take visa and he takes notes by writing not typing. Since he is not up on technology, the appointment took longer than it needed to which meant a bigger bill for me.
