Bob helped us find our forever home in retirement. We were living out of state and looking for a specific type of home on acreage which was difficult in our current market, so we drove long distances. Bob was always available on short notice and thorough in getting us the information requested in a very timely manner. He was there throughout the closing and meticulous in making sure nothing was overlooked. Definitely recommend Bob to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
Bob helped me buy my house. It took a while, since I was trying to be as picky as the current inventory would allow for. Bob was patient, got me in to check out a bunch of houses, and had great follow through when it came to getting stuff from the sellers' agents, while on a couple of occasions we were waiting for the sellers' agents to follow through. Best I can tell, he's good at reading the negotiating situation, and has a lot of experience with the different processes/situations. Thanks!
