The service was great friendly Two and a Half Mistakes on our orders I'm not saying all the food is not good but what I had for the price tasted like a typical Chinese restaurant for seven or eight dollars

I love Bob Chinn's! But last night my Halibut was a little under cooked . Our waiter was so nice as I pointed it out to him. Immediately the manager came to our table and apologized. She then offered a re placement of the fish but I wasn't feeling that I could eat another bite so she offered to delete the item from our bill. Not only that they offered us free dessert. As I said . I've been to Bob Chinns many times and was always satisfied with the service and the meal and I do intend to go again.

Haven't been there in about 5 years. Was surprised that the wait was only 15 minutes on a Saturday at 6:30p. I can remember 1-1 1/2 waiting back when Bob Chinn himself worked the hosting. Food was excellent, waitress was friendly and attentive. Older gentleman who sat us seemed put out having to show us our table. He might need some time off to recharge his customer service which I've always experienced before. Thus only 4 stars.
Been coming here for over 25 years!! Best seafood on the north shore!!!
First time. We loved it. It has been put on our list when we visit Chicago.
