We have worked with a few realtors over the course of a decade and a half and Bob by far is the best. He is proactive in his communication, guides his clients on how to navigate any situation, and goes above and beyond while doing so. Simple things like taking pictures of the progress, discussing next steps and all this while continuing to inform us of the market around us so we could make the best decision for our family. We worked with Bob to purchase our home and then 4 years later to sell because we were moving out of state. He is very responsive, he took care of everything for us. We didnt need to worry nor get stressed about purchasing and then selling our home.
