Kyle was great! Very informative and helpful from start to finish. About a year after buying, I got a hole in my tire and couldn’t do anything about it because I lost my lug-lock. Kyle went the extra mile to find a replacement and help connect me with the right people to get my tire fixed up. Without Kyle I would’ve spent much more time and money cutting the locks off. Outstanding customer service!!
Friend and I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from a local dealer in Decatur last month. We purchased a 6 month warranty with the vehicle. After a few weeks a few issues started happening with the Elantra. We figured no big deal, we have a warranty. We brought the Elantra to our local shop to have it looked at. At the dealership now with my uncle. My uncle paid for a used motor to be installed. He also asked for a head light to be changed while they had the car. The service department didnt ask the right questions so the wrong motor was sent to them. On top of that the parts department didnt let the service know that a light was supposed to be installed so now we have to wait two hours for this to be done. What a joke of an outfit.
It was a really quick and easy process. I was helped by a gentleman named Rambo about trading my vehicle in for something new, I highly recommend him!
