I've had a few bad experiences here over the last couple of years, but I've updated my previous review to reflect the most recent. I recently had to get my vehicle towed in for battery service, and I was super pleased that they got to it a day ahead of my already scheduled appointment. In fact, my last several issues with my vehicle have been handled quickly, and efficiently. This was my first purchase of a brand new car. Everyone from the sales team to the financial manager made this process seamless! My sales person’s last was Rambo, and I knew from the start this would be the car! Come see Jesse Rambo, and the entire team at Bob Brady Auto!
To preface, I rarely give 5 star reviews because that means everything is 100% perfect and that’s not very realistic in life. However, Bob Brady Hyundai has earned a solid 4+ overall. Kyle Costello - my salesperson deserves a solid 5 stars, as does Mike Weber the Sales Manager. So for that experience, I will give them a 5.
