This dealership completely misled me — what they promised was nothing like what ended up in the agreement. They even tried to get me to sign off on a loan with a ridiculous 16% interest rate, claiming it was because of my credit. On top of that, the representative I spoke with, Kyle Costello, called me uneducated twice during our conversation on the phone. He then had the nerve to accuse me of lying and wasting his time. Used their service department for the first time on my 2025 Honda CRV for an oil change and rear differential change. I drove it the next day and the tire pressure monitor system come on, so I checked the tires. It appears they let some air out of the tires and didn’t reset the tire pressure monitor and I had to reset that sensor.
