This dealership completely misled me — what they promised was nothing like what ended up in the agreement. They even tried to get me to sign off on a loan with a ridiculous 16% interest rate, claiming it was because of my credit. Used their service department for the first time on my 2025 Honda CRV for an oil change and rear differential change. I drove it the next day and the tire pressure monitor system come on, so I checked the tires. It appears they let some air out of the tires and didn’t reset the tire pressure monitor and I had to reset that sensor.
