I called the parts department to buy a "window guide" for my Fiat 500. I was told that it cost $170.00. The parts person couldn't even tell me what I had to purchase in order to get this very small plastic part. I got upset and used some choice words (wasn't proud of). I called another dealer who had no problem finding the correct part. I paid $5.30 for the guide clip including tax. The Bob Brady counter person was trying to "upsell" or outright lazy. I would not recommend this dealer for anything!
