My experience with their service department was horrible. I had to track someone down more than 24 hours after dropping my vehicle off for the scheduled appointment just to find out what the diagnosis was. I spoke with a very unfriendly woman who treated me like I was cutting into her nap time. Twice she todd me someone would call me back. Nobody ever did. Jodie Davis was our sales person at Bob Brady in Decatur. The staff there jumped threw hoops to make sure we got what we wanted and what we needed. Jodie was friendly and accommodated my handicapped wife. I'm glad we did business here.
