Excellent customer service from Royalty. She explained everything to me step by step along the way. I am impressed with her and Bob Brady!
Bob Brady is the best dealership in Illinois hands down. I was in a situation that is really bad. My lisence evidently was revoked. I told Kim C. (My salesperson) and she spent all day trying to find a way to help me out. In the end she found an insurance agency that would let me be on the policy. I am very pleased and grateful I went to bob Brady. And more importantly Kim. Ask for Kim Choatie. She’s a really awesome and super sweet sales lady and she will do her absolute best to help you drive away today! I got approved 0 d... read more
Kim was amazing and helpful. She is fun and happy go lucky which makes your car buying experience even better. I highly recommend her!
I came to Bob Brady with horrible credit. I met with Royalty and the customer service and help I received was awesome. I left with the car I wanted and a smile on my face. Everyone was professional, helpful and very friendly Thanks Royalty
Worst buying experience of my life. Bought a $ 90,000.00 vehicle in July and still do not have a plate or registration as of 9/25/2026. Nothing but excuses. No one ever calls to update or help me. I have to call them. Once they got my money and the sale guy got his commission they treat me like I don't exist. Buy from another dealer. Save yourself some misery...
