5 stars for the techs being awesome with my car for her oil change. Negative 3 stars for being nagged at about getting something else done on my car which i politely said i couldn't afford multiple times before telling the sales guy i fought all of last year for my life to beat cancer, which is why i cannot afford anything else for my car right now. Dishonest... Specially Jim although he probably won't last long at that job. Anyhow I didn't purchase because they would not honor my online price. VW needs to fix the middle man. VW is better than this but Bob Baker Carlsbad shows otherwise.
