Women get no service from the service department. When I arrived, there was no greeting. I flagged down an employee and explained that I had an appointment. I watched as two men pulled up, were greeted within 15 seconds and a service adviser was helping them within a minute. After 5 minutes without assistance, I drove off. When I called the service manager to explain my lack of service, he said that would not happen. Please check your video surveillance to see that it did.
I was just there for a Vintage VW Car Show. The dealership is a gracious host to all the nuts who show up to gawk at and geek out over old bugs. It gets super crowded and it has to be a burden on the sales staff, but everyone that I encountered seemed to take it in stride.

This is the 2nd time a row that I have had to wait for someone to find my car. The first was 45 mins and this time I'm going on 1 1/2 hours and still waiting. I've bought 4(FOUR) brand NEW cars here and ONLY had/have them services here and I keep getting inconvenienced... 1 instance ok, second instance shame on them, third instance shame on me.. I'm an idiot to keep bringing my business here.. OBVIOUSLY RIGHT?
