About this business
His marionettes have entertained thousands of children and adults worldwide over the years. Bob learned the magic of puppetry at the early age of eight. He trained with several different local companies and put his skills to work with his first professional performance for director Mervyn Leroy. While attending Hollywood High School, Bob began manufacturing toy marionettes that sold both in Europe and the United States. Perfect for Kids My Mom use to take me to Bob Baker's Marionette Theatre when I was little. I had my 5th birthday party there. I used Bob Baker at our corporate holiday party and the kids loved it. The parents even came by to watch. I would highly recommend them for kids parties and birthdays. PROS: Awesome marionette show CONS:
Magic for Kids The Bob Baker Marionette Theater is a large, open, carpeted area so kids can run around before the show. There are so many beautifully handcrafted marrionets. They dance on your laps and get the children totally involved. This show is a unique, creative, and enchanting place for all ages.......even tired out ol' moms. PROS: Creative, enchanting show full of dance, music and interactive marrionetes CONS: Hard to find and a little run down and spent......but who cares once the lights go down????
