Tried to get a call from the service department all day just to make an appointment. They called and I tried to call back two minutes later and no answer. I even talked to the receptionist she took a note to them to call me three hours later no call. I called back asked for a supervisor. THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL I ordered a replacement key 6 weeks ago after being told it would be two days. Now, Kurt Anderson, the GM says he cannot get me a key and has no answer why. He and Pablo the Parts Manager have been so rude and pretty much-telling me they cannot help me after I paid for this replacement key 6 weeks ago!!!!!!!!
If you want attitude speak with Sam the manager. Even though Chrysler Capital financing AND the out of state dealer I checked with before moving say drop your lease off at any dealer across the country when it is done. Bob Baker “has no room” and Sam is rude about it to boot. Loved my Fiat / tried to lease or buy another. Purchased a Mini for less than a Fiat. Trying to return the car and getting the run around. Our fiat 500 lease was up. We drove 15,000 miles in 2.5 years, however prepaid for 24,000. We were charged to replace two tires from wear and tear. Now help us understand WHY a car's tire can't last 15,000 miles? We brought in for all services, nobody rotated them, and the sales agent said they can't be rotated. My guess is I'm not the first lease customer to be hit by tire fees. Correct? I'm wondering, is it even Possible for fiat tires to last as long as the lease term? If they don't last - isn't that a defect??
