My initial experience with my salesman, Isaac, was positive and professional. However, within 50 miles of driving, the vehicle developed power steering failure and a lower ball joint issue, both of which are serious safety concerns and rendered the vehicle undrivable. The service department at Bob Allen stated the vehicle was safe when it left the lot, while sales indicated that once the vehicle leaves the lot it is no longer their responsibility. Had a great experience. We test drive 3 cars and it never seemed like we were a bother. Christian was an excellent sales person and the financing was a breeze compared to some of the dealerships we've been to.
