I went in couple of days ago (Express Service) to get my radio software updated. I was told it was up to date. Then was told to go on the Nissan website to check myself. I come back in today to let them know they have to update my software manually with a usb flash drive. He huffed and puffed. Was absolutely rude not only to me but two other customers. Bob Allen Nissan have always worked well with me. Dale Edwards and Brandon Wilson have always exhibited integrity when dealing with them.
Paint on new vehicle had orange peel finish on rear quarter panel. All 4 tires inflated to 48 psi. Driver side rear mat same as passenger side. No spare should have been disclosed at time of sale. Financing at the dealership I don't think was truthful. The only 5 I can give is with the sales team. Eventhough, the spare tire issue should have been disclosed, I feel that was just an oversight. Dale Edwards went beyond.
