Went there on Saturday to buy a new rogue. Nice young man finally came out to talk to us. Went on test drive all was fine until we went in to get my trade appraisal. When he finally found an iPad where my husband and I had looked at rogues on line there were salesman name attached to ours. This meant that 3 sales people were linked to our name. I know this is how they get paid but instead of doing the appraisal the manager , who had never spoken to us, called them into the office and spent 20 minutes trying to figure out who... read more
