I went to have back brakes replaced but was told the problem was front rotor. It was resurfaced, problem solved.
We worked with Mike, he completely insulted us and said "well why aren't you taking the other offers",we told him we don't want the truck with the chrome bumpers we want the one with the colored front bumpers, they gave us $37,900 for my truck when I had another dealer give us $51,000, I understand that some deals don't work out but you don't have to insult us. Don't buy a car/truck here
Let us drive an hour and half just to attempt the bait and switch. Called to confirm car I was looking at was there and was told yes only to have $10k higher priced model being the one they showed. Was asked by salesman if he should look to see if the actual original car was available (which I’m sure it was) but I refuse to do business with a person I don’t feel like I could trust at that point. Wasted our gas and time. Such a disappointment
