Good luck trying to figure out if your warranties are still honored from the Frankfort location since it got sold. Just FYI, they probably aren’t because they’ll expire before anyone calls you back. No one returns phone calls at this location. I’ve talked to and left voicemails with Service, Finance, and an Office Manager. Take your business elsewhere.

I have had my equinox into Bob Allen’s Chevrolet service center with the help of Brittany at least 4 times. She made the situation better for me to deal with. Once I realized I was putting too much into my 2015, Brittany explained my situation to Courtney, salesperson, who called me with many options. She worked relentlessly to get me in my new 2026 Nissan Kicks in 2 days. This was a great experience. Thank you

My husband talked to a salesman there on a 2019 Edge that they have. My husband negotiated the price down $700. Later he told my husband the interest rate which was too high for our liking. My husband just told him that we would just pay cash for the vehicle and the salesman told him the $700 discount would no longer apply! Absolutely terrible way to conduct business. Do not shop there for a car.

I would strongly advise going elsewhere. This dealer won’t give you real pricing information. They’ll tell you one thing, then another, but won’t give you anything in writing… that’s so they can say that wasn’t accurate. You see it all throughout the reviews. If you call for info, they’ll talk in circles and try to confuse you, give you different numbers. They put VERY low numbers on the website that no one will actually qualify for, so just ignore those numbers and add about $10,000. Go elsewhere.
