If zero stats were possible, I’d certainly leave it. No sense of urgency when it comes to retail sales. After calling for a week consistently placing an offer on a property, I had to call to be notified that it was no longer for sale. What type of business has no sense of urgency? For those seriously looking to purchase, I would highly stray away from doing business!
