Went to their online catalog and ordered a zinc for my old rare saildrive, it arrived as promised but didn’t fit, one phone call later, the correct ones arrived in two days with a full refund of ones I ordered wrong. Really fast, friendly service!
sent an email to get assistance in regards to which propeller anodes I would need for my HydraNautic props. Not a word heard from anyone. Sad thing... I used to buy from Boat Zincs. Our houseboat will now be launched without new anodes this year.
These guys are awesome. Called up and the customer service guy I spoke with was super knowledgable about what type of alloy was correct for my boat, and helped me figure out what to order. Highly recommended.

These guys are the best! I’ve always had great experiences and the products are superior. I ordered parts yesterday morning and they arrived at my house today! Last year I had an issue of my own fault, and next thing ya know I get a phone call from them explaining my error and walking me through the correction when they could have easily sold me parts I didn’t need!
