spent $20,000 here a couple years ago. I paid cash every time I came in. Through the whole process this doctor was very condescending and at times rude. I let it go then, because he was supposedly a specialist. I didn’t leave a bad review then and mention all the different color teeth that they presented me with, I didn’t mention how long the lab took, and how many times the teeth had to go back because they did not match. Only been to the 1st initial appointment but I learned that Dr. Boatwright was very, very,.............very informative. Discussed every option possible. So far I haven't witnessed anything close to some of the negative reviews. Personally I am extremely happy and feel like I can completely trust everything he said.
Very Professional, Explained treatment in detail as well as what treatment is needed. Excellent technique for anesthesia application, Listened to me when I expressed need for more anesthesia medication, Gave me more information when another practitioner (the surgeon) did not, regarding the deteriorating condition of my gums, following a surgical procedure. Did not care for Dr. Boatweight! My husband was referred. We met with him and my husband and I are an older couple and have been to other Doctors in this area and he is by far the most condescending and rude medical person that we have ever encountered in the state of Florida. I would not recommend him as he does not have a pleasant personality or a good bedside manner nor does his muse, his older assistant and sorry cannot remember her name. I’ve had a ton of problems with my teeth but things just keep seem to be going down hill. Dentist after dentist specialist after specialist.. a dentist close to me finally referred me to Dr. Boatwright and he was the first prosthodontist I’ve ever been to, however he’s the only one to have a plan and finally fixed all the issues I was having!!! His staff is absolutely the best!! Shoutout to Edie, Allison, and Lizz!!!
These negative reviews are RIDICULOUS. I have been a long time pt. of this practice and have no issues with anyone or anything. Let’s be honest here, the negative reviews are from cowardly people because this website does not require your full name. Cowards! I have sat for many hours for multiple appointments and hear what these fine folks have to deal with. The world is getting crazier and these people deserve a metal.
Disappointing. Did not want to listen to my concerns. Wanted me to do implants from the beginning. The difference monetarily is thousands of dollars . the doctor would sometimes cross his arms, body language experts say this is a person who is attempting to "block out" what he is hearing. He's not the cheapest in town but he's probably the best. He's a perfectionist and it shows. He's done a LOT of work for me and every bit of it is beautiful. His staff is wonderful too and his hygienist is one of the best. I'd definitely recommend him and his whole office
I am so glad that my dentist in Atmore, Alabama sent me to Dr. Boatwright. I was very nervous the first time I went because I knew that I was facing a lot of dental work. When I walked into the office I felt a calmness from everyone that I came in contact with. Dr. Boatwright is a very calming dentist and makes sure that you understand every procedure that he is going to do. I have never been to a doctor or dentist that the people were that caring.
