Boathouse is a complete scam. I ordered 6 months ago for one of our teams at our school. Despite multiple emails, I have not received any answers, let alone a refund. BEWARE!
If I could give a 20, I would. Steve Arby got jackets made for us and I couldn’t be happier with the quality. I highly recommend this company and especially Steve Arby
I am presently dealing with this company over an overpriced custom order paid in full 3 months ago that never reached it's destination. To say they possess extremely poor customer relations would be a laughable understatement. I would urge schools to use a different apparel company.
This company is super responsive and makes high quality gear. Their shorts make monkey butt an impossibility. I am happy to give Boathouse Sports lots of business.
