This company is super responsive and makes high quality gear. Their shorts make monkey butt an impossibility. I am happy to give Boathouse Sports lots of business.
Great and durable products. Very bad customer service. They don’t care and won’t get back to you. Have to say that this is going to be a hard pass for us going forward. No more.
Don't count on getting what you ordered. I've ordered from Boathouse two times, as part of a team order, and both times some of the product I ordered, and was charged for, was not delivered. They take your order, take your your money and then, when it's too late to do anything else, tell you that their minimum order was not met, that they won't be making the product you ordered and then they refund the money.
