The folks are very friendly and accessible. They have answered all of our questions and met all our needs. Additionally, they have made sure we understand all of the perks associated with living here.

I've been at Boathouse for several years now. My wife and I love it for a variety of reasons. 1. Johns Landing is a great neighborhood in Portland that is close to downtown but seems well separated from it.. Being next to the river is a huge plus, and the entire neighborhood is welcoming and charming. 2.
