We just moved in, and Marissa was incredible the entire time. We had a lot of questions she was very patient and helpful. All of the other tenants have been super friendly and have welcomed us to the property as well :) So far this has been the smoothest and easiest move I’ve done!
apartment itself is nice. we love this area of portland. maintenance is responsive and timely - very nice maintenance crew. elevators are ridiculously slow, it’s painful. febreeze in common areas is very strong. my car was broken into after only being here 4 months. i told management. no one cared - they actually appeared annoyed that i mentioned it. but as for the apartment itself, we’re happy.
Re-reviewing the Boathouse after a year and a half! I absolutely love this place. Beautiful, clean, safe, on the pulse of Portland. It’s everything you’d want and so much more. People are nice too. More than anything, Bill and his team put in the work to make Boathouse the best place to live in Portland. Thank you to all the staff that keep our building clean, help with any issues( from a lightbulb change to fire alarm checks), and give amazing customer service. Also thank you for the cocoa! We love you.
