Benjamin was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He diagnosed and fixed a problem on my Yamaha 300 that multiple other mechanics in the area couldn’t diagnose or repair. He kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend for anyone needing a knowledgeable, reliable marine mechanic.
I would give them 10 stars if possible! Ben is knowledgeable, punctual, and accurate when comparing the quote to the final bill. Unlike many service providers in the Miami area, he does NOT push unnecessary service/replacement parts to "pad" the invoice. I will only allow Miami Boat Works to perform maintenance going forward. I can't recommend them enough!
Boats Work Miami is the best when it comes to boat repair and maintenance! They are reliable, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. The team quickly diagnosed the issue with my boat, explained everything clearly, and got it fixed faster than I expected. The quality of their work is top-notch, and you can tell they truly care about keeping your boat in the best condition possible.I won’t take my boat anywhere else!
