From April till July they messed up multiple loan documents. I called the bank and was told Trisha was not calculating the APR correctly. So they tried another bank. Loan went through. Then the life insurance for loan was messed up. Got that straightened out. They owed me money. The ladies at Boat Master Marine could not figure the amount I was owed and got quite nasty about it. Had my boat in for winterization that I was quoted around $300 bucks for then get an invoice for $500 was told that they had to replace the battery switch which I was never contacted about to authorize. Got that sorted out but then after I payed and waited 20 minutes for them to get my boat they bring it out and show me that the tarp I just bought this summer was ripped because they didn’t put the support pole back up and then tell me to just bring it back up to have them send it out to their upholstery shop to be fixed. they will work on any boat as long as it's something easy or they want to do but when its something complicated the boat magically becomes "too old" to work on. family and friends have delt with them for years but not any more
Great response from Dustin and the owner Todd was great to work with. A large selection of boats available. Delivery was great with 2 hours of instruction on the water to learn all about your boat. Would highly recommend. All In.
