Boat Masters was recommended to us by multiple people. Very good buying experience. Dylan, our salesman was very helpful. Worked with us for 3 months, from going to a boat show for the first time to making our purchase. Also spent about 2 hours of on-boat and on-water orientation when our boat was delivered. Compared prices very thoroughly locally and nationally. Felt very happy with our out the door price.
Walked in Not a single person said hello, waited 10 minutes no one said anything went to leave after no one came and they said have a great day. What a terrible experience. Would never recommend to step foot in there
Our experience at Boat Masters Marine was, by far, one of the best we've ever had. The customer service was beyond exceptional. Noah was extremely courteous, easy to talk to, and very informative during rhe whole process. Lexi did the same when it came to the financial aspect of our experience. They both made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend visiting their location and experiencing their services.
Recently bought a pre owned Glastron bow runner at Boat Masters Marine. Helpful, kind courteous and knowledgeable. Our salesperson answered all our questions and on delivery day Greg took time to go over all the major systems, and gave us helpful instructions on docking, driving etc. Definitely recommend.
My husband and I had such a great experience at Boat Masters Marine. Don was an excellent salesman, knowledgeable, professional, and always available to answer our questions. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and never made us feel like any question was too small. Taking us out on the lake for our maiden voyage was especially helpful to us.
