We purchased a 2020 Bennington Tritoon in April. Joe, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very disappointed with the service after the sale of the boat. We were told that someone from Boat Masters would go out to the lake and put the numbers on our boat. It’s July and still no numbers. I emailed and asked to have the numbers mailed to us. I have been dealing with Todd, Dustin and Mike for 14 years. We just upgraded to a 2020 Bennington 23SSBXP with a 250hp Suzuki SS. I would recommend Boat Masters Marine for all your boating and service needs. This is our 4th boat that we have purchased from them. With the addition of the new in-house finance Manager Chase, Boat Masters Marine was able to streamline the entire sales process from assisting in all the options Bennington has to offer as well as a great interest rate for our purchase.
Don’t trust these guys Ordered Bennington 21 sx. Was supposed to have center storage. They lied about performance they changed the contract multiple times. We were charged for extras that were supposed to b in original agreement. Dustin our sales rep absolutely refused to go over boat upon delivery Never would I trust or recommend these people They lie they lie they lie
Excellent experience, excellent service. We bought a used boat and Dustin went above and beyond. We were eager to get the boat in the water and Dustin expedited service for us including donating his personal time to help with the repairs. They put their customers first. Don’t hesitate to purchase from Boat Masters.
Bought this pretty Glastron boat on Wednesday from Boat Masters. Great experience. Chase our finance man was very helpful and explained everything to us. Before we took the boat home to Pittsburgh we got to go out on the Lake Portage NASCAR track with two very cool guys named Derrick and Drake who gave us a crash course in boating.
