Is what it says.
The sales process was good, the delivery was good. They had to make two trips to finish the job and my lift broke 90 days later. Won't return my calls. I should have seen it with the name CHEAP. Cheap usually = cheap service. I spent 9k on a 6,000 lb lift. Knowing then what I know now I would not purchase a lift from this company.
