RecommendedBest customer service on the lake! They responded to our boat lift failure issue immediately. They communicated through every step of the process and even offered to Run out and check on our boat daily until the lift was repaired. Very reasonably priced, as well. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The new owner, Mark, is doing everything he can to fix our lift. His goal is to "make things right"! As of today things are working.........
We had a solar lift installed on our dock. The first clue of things to come was the fact the lift and panel was installed on our neighbors slip. It was eventually moved and we just most recently paid a $450 bill for our lift to work. It has worked for just a month. We are frustrated with the quality of service. We had to borrow a gas generator to lift our boat tonight.
At first, I was pleased with Rachel's service on my marina dock here in Council Grove, KS. Then I found out last Thursday that she did not modify the underwater portion of the work as she said she would and a customers boat was damaged as a result. Last October, I had her bid on adding floatation to my floating store. After 3 attempts, the job is still not done according to the bid. Now, she will not return my voice mails or emails. Not very good service IMHO.
